This position requires a deep understanding of hydrology in the mining context, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
This position will lead hydrology-related projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation as well conduct hydrological modeling and analysis to forecast water inflow, plan dewatering activities, and manage water-related risks.
Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Hydrology, Geology, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineer, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hydrology engineering, with a significant portion in open pit mining environments.
• Strong knowledge of hydrological modeling tools and software.
